Module 1: Current Status of Survivorship Care              and the Role of Primary Care Providers


Participants will sequentially go through the 1-hour module, which includes a pre-assessment, audio presentation from the patient/survivor perspective (6 min.), a webinar presentation on the role of PCPs in providing care to survivors (23 min.), a webinar presentation on national efforts related to survivorship care (17 min.), and a post-assessment.
